Authorized staff sign-in
Only staff accounts provisioned by AHAE management may access CRM information. Only explicitly approved AHAE staff can access CRM information. New employees may create a pending identity below. Initial owner access requires verification of the approved email address; all other registrations require management approval.
First-time staff: request an account
Use an approved AHAE work email. For the approved initial AHAE administrator address only, access is activated automatically after email verification. Other addresses require separate management authorization. Account creation alone never grants client access.

This creates an AHAE client profile, property record, project, four starter phases and three internal tasks. No invoice, payment, customer login, signed contract or notification is sent.

QuickBooks accounting & contract workflow Connection pending
QuickBooks is the planned source of truth for accounting, estimates, e-signed proposals / contracts, invoices, expenses, contractor 1099s, payroll and job profitability. AHAE OS manages project work and client status. No data sync, direct payroll, invoice creation, or contract sending is active until an authorized QuickBooks company is connected.
Client billing & signatures
- Authorize scope and fee in AHAE OS
- Prepare the client/estimate in QuickBooks
- Use QuickBooks Proposals with e-signature, or Contracts to upload and sign AHAE's existing PDF agreement
- Track deposits, progress invoices and payments in QuickBooks
- Link the QuickBooks customer/transaction IDs to the AHAE project once secure OAuth sync is configured
Accounting, expenses & payroll
- Connect company bank and card feeds inside QuickBooks
- Use projects / classes to track income, vendor and consultant costs
- Use expenses and bills for outside engineering/consultant invoices
- Set up employee payroll, tax details and payroll permissions directly in Intuit
- Review monthly P&L, receivables and project profitability with your accountant
Integration state: NOT CONNECTED. Project IDs are ready to map to QuickBooks later. Do not enter passwords, payroll account numbers or secret OAuth tokens in this website.
